If you are a senior, growth oriented product leader with deep experience translating market opportunity into commercial results, Emerson has an exciting opportunity for you. Based in either Chanhassen, MN or Boulder, Colorado, you will lead critical growth initiatives for Rosemount Magnetic & Vortex flow meters, with a primary focus on Data Center, Power, Mining, Pulp & Paper, and Water & Wastewater industry applications across North America.

In this role, you will work closely with the Global Product Group, the North America Sales organization, and the North America Product Management team to accelerate adoption, expand market share, and deliver sustained top line growth within the Mag & Vortex product segment.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Segment Led Growth Strategy:

  • Develop, own, and execute a multi-year growth strategy for Mag & Vortex flow meters in North America, with a heavy focus on Data Centers, Power, Slurry applications, and Municipal Water & Waste as primary strategic initiatives.
  • Define clear market segmentation, value propositions, and use case priorities to guide commercial and product investment decisions.
  • Identify and size whitespace opportunities, quantify revenue upside, and align stakeholders around focused growth bets.

Application & Market Leadership:

  • Serve as the North America application authority for Mag & Vortex flow in Data Center cooling, Power generation, and Slurry processes.
  • Translate customer and application insights into clear requirements, positioning, and differentiation versus competitive alternatives.
  • Lead customer engagements, win/loss reviews, and voice of customer activities to validate assumptions and refine strategy.

Go to Market & Sales Acceleration:

  • Partner with the North America Sales organization to design and execute targeted growth campaigns, account strategies, and vertical specific plays.
  • Drive pricing strategy, value selling tools, and commercial programs that increase win rate, deal size, and solution attach.
  • Enable the field through training, application guides, ROI tools, and sales plays focused on priority segments.

Global Product Group Collaboration:

  • Act as the primary North America interface to the Global Product Group for your critical growth segments to influence roadmap priorities, feature development, reliability improvements, and cost optimization.
  • Advocate for regional market needs and growth initiatives while aligning with global product strategy and lifecycle plans.
  • Support global launches and ensure North America readiness across messaging, enablement, and commercialization.

Cross Functional Leadership:

  • Lead through influence across product management, sales, marketing, engineering, operations, quality, and supply chain to deliver measurable commercial outcomes.
  • Mentor and collaborate with the North America Product Manager team, ensuring alignment, best practice sharing, and execution consistency.
  • Drive alignment from strategy through execution, ensuring initiatives translate into revenue results.
    Performance Management & Insights.
  • Define and track KPIs including revenue growth, win rate, pipeline conversion, application adoption, and campaign performance.
  • Use data, financial modeling, and experimentation to prioritize initiatives, validate outcomes, and scale successful approaches.

Who You Are:

You are a senior, commercially minded product leader who thrives in complex, cross functional environments. You balance strategic thinking with hands on execution and are energized by turning application insight into revenue growth. You communicate with clarity and credibility at all levels—from sales teams to senior leadership—and are comfortable influencing without direct authority. You are data driven, customer focused, and motivated by delivering measurable business impact.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, strategic planning & development, or technical commercial roles within industrial automation, instrumentation, or process industries.

  • Strong application and technical understanding of Magnetic and/or Vortex flow technologies and industrial use cases.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with global product teams and regional sales organizations.
  • Advanced analytical, financial modeling, and data interpretation skills.
  • Strong executive level communication and sales enablement capabilities.

  • Legal authorization to work in the United States (no sponsorship available).

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

  • Experience supporting Data Centers, Power generation, mining, or slurry-based processes.
  • Prior experience influencing global product roadmaps from a regional or segment leadership role.
  • Exposure to value based selling, pricing strategy, or vertical market GTM models.
