Engineer Order Engineering
- Review incoming orders (commercial and technical) according to established guidelines
- Check order specifications, prices and other information are correct, confirm the acceptance of the order
- Check through the website whether the customer's Screening is approved
- Release orders (commercial and technical) according to established guidelines
- Release order lines according to the order process
- Submit requests for engineering and/or new part numbers
- Co-ordinate/liaise with Sales offices, factories, and internal functions to resolve problems associated with customer orders
- Provide timely response to order enquiries
- Assume role of product detailing coordinator for large project orders
- Embrace new process and software initiatives implemented in Order Management Department
- Escalating outstanding issues to supervisors when regular follow-up with the concerned parties do not yield results
- Any other tasks as assigned from time to time
Who You Are:
- Associate’s degree, major in electrical or mechanical engineering
- Knowledge about Control or Safety valves is preferred
- CET-4 or above is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software
For This Role, You Will Need:
- Strong MS Office skills, good communication skills
- Knowledge about data management and analysis
- Action orientated personality, persistent, flexible to work loaded, work with pressure
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- Knowledge about Control Valves is preferred
- Knowledge about project management
