• A culture that values people, innovation, and teamwork In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Technical & Commercial Responsibilities- Understand product ranges, applications, and technical characteristics.
• Review customer requests and prepare accurate technical‑commercial quotations.
• Select appropriate low‑voltage components and validate the design approach.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Engineering, Certification, Supply Chain, Sales, Customer Service) to deliver timely and high‑quality proposals.
• Respond to customer clarifications via email, phone, or dedicated meetings.

Order Support & Process Improvement

• Ensure consistency between customer order notes and the approved proposal.
• Support order execution when needed for smooth delivery.
• Reuse existing designs and propose workflow improvements to enhance team efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with Trade Compliance procedures and escalate issues appropriately.

For This Role, You Will Need:- Technical university degree (Electrical, Electrotechnical, Electromechanical, etc.)

• Experience in a similar role or in a technical-commercial environment (quotations, technical support, technical-commercial offer preparation, technical sales);
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a global, multicultural team;
• Proven experience in selecting low-voltage components and creating technical and commercial quotations.
• Strong emphasis on attention to detail, a problem-solving approach, and a willingness to continuously learn.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently and prioritize effectively.
• Very good computer skills (MS Office, Internet, Email, AutoCAD);
• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:- Experience in commercial and sales support activities;

• Understanding of ATEX/IECEx requirements is a plus.
• Proficiency in another French language (written and verbal) is an advantage
• Good planning skills
• Good administrative skills
