Role Overview
- The Manager
- BI&A & NPP, Türkiye will report to the CMO Türkiye and serve as the analytical and strategic intelligence engine of the Turkey affiliate. This role integrates Business Intelligence & Analytics, insight generation, market research, into a single accountable function — ensuring that Turkey brand teams and leadership make data-driven decisions and deliver financial results.
The right candidate will bring strong analytical acumen combined with a commercial mindset. They must be comfortable operating across both strategic and operational workstreams — translating complex data into actionable insights, Prior brand management experience is preferred; market research or analytics experience is a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities Business Intelligence & Analytics

Act as the single point of contact for all BI&A needs across Turkey brand teams, owning the affiliate's performance analytics agenda end-to-end.

Lead the data agenda of the Turkey affiliate — defining data availability requirements, identifying gaps in current data assets, and developing and owning a data governance framework that ensures data integrity, accessibility, and fitness-for-purpose across all business functions.

Lead the identification and development of BI&A use cases that directly address Turkey business questions — translating commercial priorities into analytical solutions that enable brand teams and leadership to make better-informed, faster decisions.

Work closely with data engineers and data scientists to maintain data quality and ensure reliable data flow within the Enterprise Data Base (EDB) — acting as the business-side owner who bridges commercial needs with technical execution.

Develop, maintain, and continuously improve Turkey brand performance dashboards, ensuring timely and accurate tracking of key metrics, including volume, share of market (SOM), days of therapy (DOTs), and other brand KPIs.

Translate analytics outputs into clear, actionable business recommendations that enable Turkey brand teams and leadership to make confident, data-driven decisions.

Partner with Brand Teams to localize and refine forecasting models, ensuring robust and accurate inputs for sales forecasting.

Establish quantitative brand objectives in coordination with brand managers, covering volume, SOM, and monthly performance targets.

Assess and onboard new data sources and analytical tools to strengthen the depth and quality of Turkey business intelligence.

Monitor and evaluate post-launch performance of new assets, providing regular insights and recommendations to support continuous improvement in launch execution.
Insight Generation & Market Research

Develop a deep understanding of Turkey market landscapes, competitive dynamics, and the value needs of patients, physicians, and payers across all therapeutic areas in scope.

Lead consumer understanding and HCP persona development for Turkey — building rich, evidence-based profiles of key customer segments that inform brand strategy, channel mix, and engagement design across the affiliate.

Own the Turkey social listening agenda — establishing monitoring frameworks that capture real-time HCP and patient sentiment, unbranded disease conversations, and competitive signals across relevant digital channels, and translating findings into actionable brand intelligence.

Leverage AI-enabled research methodologies to augment traditional market research approaches — including AI-assisted qualitative analysis, synthetic research techniques, and advanced text analytics — to accelerate insight generation and expand the depth of Turkey market understanding.

Own the Turkey market research agenda — leading project prioritization, methodology design, agency management, execution, and insight communication across all Business Units.

Manage market research agencies with clear briefs, defined timelines, and full compliance with Lilly’s internal policies and industry codes of conduct.
Job Requirements: Required:

Degree in any discipline (mandatory).

Experience in brand management or marketing within the pharmaceutical industry is preferable.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear business insights.
-
Demonstrated track record of delivering results in a cross-functional environment.

Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving capability, and execution excellence.
Preferred:

Market research experience (qualitative and/or quantitative methods).

Familiarity with performance analytics platforms and BI dashboards.

Knowledge of Turkey market dynamics, regulatory environment, and payer landscape.
