  • Lean Optimization:

Apply Lean methodologies such as 5S to enhance equipment and tool organization, improving overall operational efficiency.

  • KPI Management:

Develop, organize, and monitor key performance indicators to ensure optimal manufacturing performance.

  • SOP Updates:

Contribute to the review and updating of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring alignment between documented and actual practices.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, CTF, or Biology
  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Proactive attitude with solid organizational abilities
  • Team-oriented mindset and effective communication skills

Preferred (Nice-to-Have)

  • Working knowledge of Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables) and Power BI
  • Academic exposure to Lean and/or Six Sigma methodologies
  • Familiarity with GMP concepts and regulated manufacturing environments

What You'll Gain

Hands-on exposure to cGMP pharmaceutical manufacturing, practical application of Lean Six Sigma methodologies in a regulated environment, and cross-functional collaboration with QA, Operations, and shop floor teams — a strong foundation for a career in pharma operations or continuous improvement.

The internship includes a monthly allowance of €1300, along with free access to the company cafeteria and canteen.
