ABOUT THE ROLE
Consumer Experience & Innovation is a core marketing role designed to build and advance consumer marketing capability within Lilly Brazil. The Manager works with internal partners — brand teams, global teams, and subject matter experts — as well as external partners including creative agencies, media agencies, and tech & health start-ups, acting as the owner and leader of projects to develop and execute industry-leading, holistic consumer marketing strategies grounded in deep customer insight.
We are seeking a strategic and creative individual who brings an innate motivation to be on the leading edge — to shape the future and create experiences that make the unimaginable possible for our customers. In this role, you will develop and execute consumer-centric strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty among patients and healthcare consumers, playing a pivotal role in shaping how Lilly connects with end-users across the region.
WHAT YOU'LL DO

Develop and implement content-driven campaigns aimed at educating patients and encouraging them to seek medical treatment.

Innovate approaches for patient interaction, including the creation of new solutions, digital ecosystems, and collaboration initiatives in the field of patient engagement.

Guide brand teams in identifying consumer insights by collaborating with Market Research and Creative Agency partners, ensuring the most relevant insights inform overall brand strategy.

Lead the development of consumer messaging and actively collaborate with agencies on the creation of creative platforms.

Drive ideation and development of novel strategies to reach and support customers — including opportunities in digital health — based on business needs.

Develop social media partnerships with platforms, digital KOLs, patient organizations, and other collaborators to promote disease awareness and education.

Monitor campaign metrics and adjust parameters to continuously enhance overall impact.

Formulate and execute the operational Patient Engagement plan in alignment with the broader patient engagement strategy.

Assist brand teams in shaping consumer marketing strategies, including target segment selection, Patient Journey development, and definition of Critical Success Factors.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Minimum 3 years of relevant marketing experience in consumer-related strategy and tactic development within multinational companies.

Experience leading or managing multi-layered projects involving cross-functional and cross-national working groups.

Solid experience working with and managing creative agencies and other vendor partners.

Tactic measurement and analytics experience.

Advanced English — ability to collaborate with global counterparts across multinational backgrounds.

Strong understanding of digital and multichannel marketing, including hands-on experience with digital tools and social media platforms.

Solid project management skills, including experience developing and leading initiatives in the absence of set procedures.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
