About the role

At Lilly, we unite caring with discovery to make life better for people around the world. We are a global healthcare leader headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana. Our employees around the world work to discover and bring life-changing medicines to those who need them, improve the understanding and management of disease, and give back to our communities through philanthropy and volunteerism. We give our best effort to our work, and we put people first. We’re looking for people who are determined to make life better for people around the world.

Finland has one of the most rigorous HTA and pricing environments in Europe, shaped by Fimea, Palko/COHERE, Kela and the HILA negotiation framework. As PRA Manager for Oncology & Hematology, you will be the decisive force ensuring Finnish patients gain timely access to Lilly's most innovative treatments — from BTK inhibitors in haematology to next-generation oncology assets entering the pipeline.

You will operate with real autonomy, shaping national access strategies and sitting at the intersection of science, economics and healthcare policy. This is a high-impact individual contributor role with significant visibility across Lilly's Nordic and global PRA network.

ROLE OVERVIEW

You own the end-to-end pricing, reimbursement and market access agenda for your therapeutic area in Finland. While brand team engagement is primarily focused on Oncology & Hematology, the PRA Manager Finland supports HTA and reimbursement activities across the wider Finnish portfolio as required. You translate complex clinical and health economic evidence into compelling payer narratives, lead negotiations with Finnish authorities, and ensure Lilly's access strategies are grounded in the realities of the Finnish decision-making landscape. You are the primary PRA voice towards external stakeholders and a trusted cross-functional partner internally.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Access strategy & execution

  • Develop and implement pricing, reimbursement and market access strategies for Finland, aligned with Nordic Hub priorities and global frameworks.
  • Lead all reimbursement submissions, renewals and approvals — including Fimea submissions, Hila applications and price negotiations.
  • Localise global health economic assessments and value dossiers to meet Finnish HTA requirements and payer expectations.
  • Drive HTA dossier preparation and coordinate the full national HTA process from submission to decision/recommendation.
  • Own and coordinate hospital tender submissions and pricing strategies across Finnish hospital districts, in close collaboration with commercial teams.

Stakeholder engagement

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with Fimea, Kela, Hila and hospital-level decision-makers, clinical experts and key opinion leaders.
  • Represent Lilly credibly in external forums, advisory boards and national access negotiations.
  • Ensure consistent, evidence-based value communication across all external touchpoints.

Cross-functional collaboration

  • Act as the primary PRA contact for assigned brands, partnering closely with marketing, medical, regulatory and finance colleagues.
  • Collaborate with Nordic and global market access, pricing and health economics teams, representing Finnish perspectives in regional workflows and portfolio decisions.
  • Contribute to Managed Entry Agreement design, outcome data collection and reporting obligations.

WHAT YOU BRINGEssential

  • Degree in life sciences, health economics or a related field.
  • Solid experience in market access or health economics, with a strong working knowledge of the Finnish HTA and reimbursement landscape (Fimea, Palko/COHERE, Kela, Hila).
  • Proven track record in developing high-quality reimbursement dossiers and health economic models.
  • Fluent Finnish and excellent business English — both written and spoken.
  • Strong negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • High personal drive with the ability to influence without direct authority.
  • Ability to synthesise complex data into clear, actionable priorities.

Desirable

  • Experience in oncology or hematology access portfolios is an advantage.
  • Experience with Finnish hospital tendering processes and hospital‑level pricing

YOU WILL THRIVE HERE IF YOU

  • Are energised by complexity and operate calmly under deadline pressure.
  • Think strategically but execute with precision — you can own a negotiation from dossier to decision.
  • Build credibility quickly with scientific and policy stakeholders alike.
  • Are comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving initiatives without a detailed playbook.
  • Take pride in patient access outcomes, not just process outputs.
