The Role

Elastic, the Search AI company, is looking for a Partner Solutions Architect to lead technical strategy and enablement for our ecosystem in Singapore. This is a hands-on Pre Sales builder role. You are the bridge between strategy and implementation, responsible for ensuring our partners are not only articulating Elastic’s value but are technically capable of architecting, building, and validating complex solutions. You will lead "deep-dive" technical labs and guide partners through the most challenging phases of technical validation.

Your Impact

• Strategic Leadership:

Own Technical Engagement Plans (TEPs) for focus partners, establishing long-term technical roadmaps at the CTO and Practice Lead level.

• Technical Validation & Co-Innovation:

Guide partners through high-stakes Technical Validation cycles, ensuring Elastic solutions are built to best-practice standards.

• Deep-Dive Enablement:

Lead "one-to-many" technical "Build-a-thons" and hands-on laboratory sessions that empower partner engineers to lead their own implementations.

• Trusted Advisor:

Build deep relationships with partner pre-sales teams to guide them through the "how-to" of complex Search AI, Observability, and Security architectures at the configuration level.

• Reference Architectures:

Collaborate on "design wins" by developing repeatable technical blueprints.

What You Bring:

• Direct, hands-on experience with the Elastic Stack (ELK) or similar distributed search/analytics technologies (e.g., Open Search, Solr, Splunk, Datadog).
• 8+ years of experience in technical / Pre Sales roles.
• Proven ability to design and build technical prototypes, ingest complex datasets, and optimize search/indexing performance.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• 3+ years in a partner-facing role, with a focus on building technical practices and enabling third-party engineering teams.
• The ability to translate deep technical capabilities into scalable partner-led solutions.
