Are you a strategic thinker who thrives at the intersection of business strategy, planning, execution, and enterprise integration management? As a Senior Specialist, Integration management Office, you'll play a critical role in helping shape and deliver the firm's most important strategic initiatives and integration efforts, including acquisitions and strategic partnerships. You'll partner with senior leaders across the organization, to align priorities, identify opportunities and risks, facilitate decision-making, and drive coordination across complex, enterprise-wide efforts.
In this highly visible role, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to business and functional leaders, helping connect strategy to execution while ensuring initiatives and integrations are positioned for success. You will help establish governance, facilitate cross-functional planning, manage dependencies, and support the execution of critical business transformations. What You'll Do

  • Support the planning and execution of strategic integrations, including acquisitions, and strategic partnership implementations.
  • Coordinate cross-functional integration activities across business, operations, technology, finance, compliance, legal, risk, and people-focused workstreams.
  • Develop, maintain, and monitor integrated project plans, milestone tracking, dependency management, risk/issue logs, decision registers, and executive reporting for integration initiatives.
  • Support Integration Management Office (IMO) governance activities, including steering committee preparation, executive updates, and progress reporting.
  • Track integration objectives, strategic outcomes, value capture opportunities, and key performance indicators to ensure intended business benefits are achieved.
  • Partner with senior leaders to support the planning, prioritization, and execution of the firm's highest-impact strategic initiatives and enterprise integration programs.
  • Build strong relationships across the organization to foster collaboration, communication, and alignment.
  • Support organizational readiness and change adoption efforts for new initiatives, processes, and capabilities, by facilitating integration planning workshops, readiness assessments, and cross-functional working sessions to drive alignment and accelerate decision-making.
  • Drive readiness planning and transition execution activities to ensure successful implementation and business continuity; supporting Day 1 readiness, post-Close stabilization efforts.
  • Identify opportunities to improve planning, integration, governance, and execution practices across the firm's acquisition and strategic partnership initiatives.

Current Internal home-based associates please note: Even as a campus-based posted role you are eligible to apply and, if selected, you may retain your home-based status. However future business or regulatory needs may require on-site work and some roles may carry a preference for campus-based presence.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of change management, Agile, Lean Portfolio Management (LPM), project-based delivery methodologies, and execution best practices.
  • Significant experience in Mergers and Acquisitions, strategic partnerships, enterprise integrations, strategic planning, , program management, consulting, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment across multiple business areas without direct authority.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to evaluate organizational impacts, strategic priorities, and enterprise-wide initiatives.
  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution and adoption.
  • Demonstrated success facilitating executive-level discussions, decision-making, and governance processes, including developing executive level reporting and decision support documentation.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities.

Candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office four days per week
