What You'll Do:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Executive Recruiters and Coordinators.
- Personally manage a select portfolio of executive and strategic searches.
- Partner with senior leaders on high-impact and confidential talent decisions, serving as a trusted advisor throughout the executive hiring process.
- Navigate sensitive candidate, leadership, and search-related matters with the highest level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Remove barriers, improve processes, and share best practices across the team.
- Help create an exceptional experience for candidates, hiring leaders, and stakeholders.
- Use talent market insights and trends to inform recruiting strategies and decisions.
Current Internal home-based associates please note: Even as a campus-based posted role you are eligible to apply and, if selected, you may retain your home-based status. However, future business or regulatory needs may require on-site work and some roles may carry a preference for campus-based presence.
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 3-5+ years of experience advising and leading talent searches for senior or executive-level roles.
- Experience leading, coaching, or developing recruiting professionals.
- Ability to influence senior and C-suite stakeholders while building trusted relationships.
- Strong judgment, discretion, and confidence navigating complex, ambiguous, and highly confidential situations.
- Ability to balance leadership responsibilities with ownership of high-impact executive searches.
