If you're energized by solving complex business challenges, partnering with executive leaders, and using data to drive meaningful outcomes, this is an opportunity to make a significant impact on the future of the firm.

What You will Do:

  • Lead strategic and operational planning for assigned divisions, partnering with Division and Market Leaders to establish priorities, allocate resources, and develop actionable business plans.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, leveraging data-driven insights, root cause analysis, and tradeoff recommendations to improve business performance and support decision-making.
  • Lead monthly performance reviews and business assessments, providing actionable insights, recommendations, and performance improvement strategies to achieve division and market objectives.
  • Develop forecasts, targets, and performance projections for revenue, expenses, productivity, and growth, enabling effective planning and resource management.
  • Identify growth and performance improvement opportunities through analysis of financial, operational, sales, and productivity data, translating findings into strategic actions.
  • Drive reporting, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration, partnering with Finance, Human Capital, Analytics, and market teams to deliver insights, monitor progress, and support business goals.

What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Analytics, Management, or a related field.
  • Series 7
  • SIE required.
  • 7+ years of leadership experience in business performance, strategy, finance, business analytics, consulting, operations, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with senior leaders to develop strategy, establish priorities, allocate resources, and drive business results.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business acumen, with experience evaluating performance data, identifying opportunities, and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Experience leading business reviews, forecasting, budgeting, annual planning, and executive-level reporting to support informed decision-making and performance outcomes.

What is Preferred:
