Solutions Specialist II

Join a team that is transforming the way we serve our clients and branches**.** As a Solution Specialist, you'll serve as a trusted expert, leading process improvements, system enhancements, automation initiatives, and data-driven decision making while helping ensure operational excellence across Asset Movement functions.

Responsibility Summary:

• Serve as a Solution Specialist for multiple client needs within Asset Movement – Payment Operations and Account Transfers.
• Help design strategy for the ideal Branch / Client experience within our core processes. Identify and implement improved, comprehensive solutions (process improvement).
• Lead projects and system enhancements, acting as a subject matter expert, testing and providing critical insight to ensure optimal experience and risk mitigation.
• Support leaders in core responsibilities: daily service levels, workflow, coaching / training of Associates, contractor oversight, risk deliverables, etc.
• Lead data and analytics, providing key information for leaders to manage performance, service levels, etc.
• Lead all technical applications and automation, ex. macros, bots, system enhancement and integration.
• Learn core functions and support processing where required.

Position Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of industry experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required. Industry courses preferred (ex. CSC, CPH).
• Operations experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Asset Movement preferred: Account Transfers, Banking, Disbursements, Receipts.
• Technical knowledge in SQL, Python, and Java, including database querying, automation/scripting, application development, data analysis, and problem-solving.
• Experience with Power Bi, Power Automate, Snowflake, Robotics and/or Pega.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Canadian Home Office associates preferred.
