About the team and the role:

Shipping is central to building buyer trust and driving conversion on e Bay. This role sits within the Shipping team and focuses on scaling shipping capabilities that deliver value to both sellers and buyers. As a Senior Manager, Shipping Operations, you will lead the execution of key managed shipping initiatives, working across Product, Marketplace Operations, Finance, and Go-to-Market teams. The role has a direct impact on adoption, revenue growth, and customer experience, and operates as a key connector to align strategy with execution.

**Note: This is a 1-year fixed term contract role.What you will accomplish:

• Drive delivery of key Managed Shipping, Labels, and PUDO initiatives to improve adoption and marketplace performance

• Support strategies that increase seller engagement, business expansion, and client happiness across shipping solutions

• Partner cross-functionally to deliver a seamless end-to-end shipping experience for sellers and buyers

• Identify experience gaps and coordinate efforts between Product and Operations teams to implement improvements

• Align with Product and Engineering to support roadmap delivery and program execution

• Contribute to operational readiness with Marketplace Operations and support market strategy implementation with regional and commercial launch teams

• Track and report on key performance metrics, supporting business reviews and driving follow-up actions to improve outcomes

• Experience in program management, business strategy, product, or marketplace operations

• Ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives and deliver measurable results

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making

• Experience supporting growth, adoption, and business performance in complex environments
