As e Bay Finance Shared Services sets up its strategic hub in Bengaluru, we seek a P2P Supervisor.This person will be the technical anchor and primary mentor for our global vendor and procurement operations. Reporting to the Manager of Supplier Enablement & PO Management, you will be responsible for the"multiplier effect"—transforming our third-party BPO partner into a high-performing extension of the e Bay team. You will lead the daily technical execution of supplier onboarding and PO management while ensuring the highest standards of data integrity within our Ariba and S4HANA ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

• BPO Governance & Mentorship:

Act as the primary Domain Expert (SME) and coach for the Genpact delivery team; lead training on e Bay-specific procurement policies, conduct quality feedback sessions, and drive root-cause analysis to prevent recurring data errors.

• Process & Inquiry Excellence:

Serve as the functional mentor for the One CS inquiry desk and maintain all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring they reflect current S4HANA and Ariba workflows for independent dispute resolution.

• Vendor Master & PO Oversight:

Drive the daily workflow for new supplier enablement and PO lifecycle management, ensuring 100% accuracy of tax (1099/W-9) and banking documentation while resolving system "blocks" for global business units.

• Systems & Admin Support:

Assist the Manager in Ariba Network configurations and access controls, acting as the secondary lead for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and system improvement initiatives.

• M&A & Audit Readiness:

Support the technical migration of newly acquired entities into the e Bay framework and act as the operational lead for capturing SOX evidence and internal/external audit samples.

What You Will Bring

• Experience:

5–7 years of hands-on experience in P2P or Vendor Master Data within a Global Shared Services (GSS) or Captive environment.

• Leadership Style:

A "Coach-First" mentality with a proven track record of training and upskilling BPO partners.

• Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in SAP Ariba and S4HANA is required. You must be able to navigate the back-end of these systems to solve complex data issues.

• Education: M.Com, MBA (Finance), or CA-Inter required.

• Location & Availability:

Based in Bengaluru (Hybrid: 3 days/week onsite). As we are rapidly scaling this global hub, immediate availability or a 30-day notice period is required.

• Global Coordination:

Flexibility to work occasional early mornings or late evenings to optimally coordinate with US and EMEA-based stakeholders.
