The Marketing Campaign Specialist will support the growth of e Bay Live. This role will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion for live shopping experiences.

Working closely with the e Bay Live team, category managers, and cross-functional partners, you will bring campaigns to life across owned, earned, and paid channels—ensuring our e Bay Live moments resonate with both seasoned and new audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns to support e Bay Live events

  • Partner with the e Bay Live team to align on event calendar, seller moments, and priority inventory.

  • Translate category and seller insights into compelling campaign narratives and creative briefs.

  • Coordinate multi-channel campaign delivery across CRM, social, onsite, paid media, and partnerships.

  • Create high-performing assets tailored to live commerce.

  • Work with sellers and partners to amplify key live events and drive participation.

  • Monitor campaign performance and optimise in-flight using data-driven insights.

  • Analyse post-campaign results and deliver actionable recommendations to improve future performance.

  • Support testing and learning agendas to refine e Bay Live’s marketing playbook, particularly within Collectables.
