e Bay Japan K.K. is the leading cross-border e-commerce company in Japan. We are seeking a collaborative and data-driven Account Manager to support and grow our Japanese seller portfolio on e Bay's global marketplace.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and expand a portfolio of Japanese sellers, achieving GMV growth targets
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with sellers
  • Work cross-functionally with logistics, marketing, and policy teams to solve issues
  • Identify growth opportunities and prepare account plans

Qualifications

  • Native-level Japanese and business English proficiency
  • 3–5 years of experience in account management or e-commerce
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Team-oriented and proactive

Work Style

  • Hybrid (Tokyo-based)
  • Domestic business trips may be required
