About the team and the role:
As a Senior Product Manager in the C2C Seller Experience team, you will help shape the future of e Bay’s C2C customer experience worldwide, working side-by-side with cross-functional partners to improve and evolve the local pickup experience to be best in class. You’ll define and drive the roadmap and execution of key local experience improvements for buyers & sellers on e Bay, unlocking healthy growth of the local business at a global scale.
The ideal candidate will have a consistent track record in developing and executing global product strategies in close collaboration with regional business leaders, design teams, and domain experts. Exceptional attention to detail on execution as well as relationship-building skills and the ability to influence partners at all levels are essential.
What You Will Accomplish:

Own and deliver new feature enhancements to improve the local pickup experience for buyers & sellers, with strong execution rigor and clear milestones.

Have a balanced attitude about how to build out new features to accomplish goals for a variety of business needs while also building scalable technical solutions

Maintain product management rigor through data-driven roadmap development and A/B testing, defining clear success metrics.

Demonstrate a focus on listening to customers and feeding their voice into our product development process. Leverage design and research partnerships to get insights and feedback throughout the entire product lifecycle. Build processes for continuous improvements.

Create connections and processes across teams that will drive efficient cross-team collaboration and clear alignment with partners.

Continually hone execution and collaboration processes to enable the team to deliver with speed and clarity.
What You Will Bring:

5+ years in product management, ideally with experience working on consumer-facing, e-commerce or marketplace products at a global scale

Detail-oriented approach with strong analytical abilities. Adept at interpreting metrics, diagnosing root causes, and uncovering opportunities for growth.

Excellent product sense and UX instincts; able to translate research and insights into simple, high-quality experiences for diverse global users.

Strong collaboration skills; ability to partner with engineering, design, marketing and business teams; exceptional written and verbal communication.

Understanding of marketplace ecosystems, with the ability to identify and unlock opportunities through data-driven analysis and user experience research.

Self-motivated and directed, ability to flex and innovate quickly.

Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in product management to drive innovation and efficiency.

Ability to work on multiple projects, issues, and tasks simultaneously.
Additional Details
The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below:
C**$133,200** - C**$177,800**
Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including RRSP eligibility, various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
