About the Team and the Role:

We support e Bay’s Authenticity Guarantee program which is a service that allows expert authenticators to physically inspect eligible items before they are shipped to buyers.

Specifically, our team is responsible for integrating with core business systems to send and receive data necessary to the authentication process, the development of an end-to-end warehouse tool used by our authenticators, and maintaining integrations needed in the tool to process authenticated items (e.g. shipping).

As a Senior Product Manager working on our authentication tech platform, you’ll define and deliver an API-first, scalable platform that unlocks authentication. This is a high impact role with visibility across business partners and technical teams. This role will require close partnership with engineering to shape the foundation of our product.

What You Will Accomplish:

  • Define and deliver a scalable, extensible API-first architecture that supports our authentication business

  • Understand functional requirements from warehouse operators and ensure that users needs are at the forefront of technical work

  • Own a technical roadmap that addresses future growth and technical requirements

  • Manage and mentor a new and growing team focused on platform

What You Will Bring:

  • 6+ years of experience in technical Product Management, ideally with a focus on B2B tools, Warehouse Management Systems, or large scale platforms

  • Experience with API design and large scale integrations

  • Experience managing multiple complex, multi-phase strategic products in parallel, with a range of stakeholders and teams responsible for execution

  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS, Human Computer Interaction, Operations, or Design preferred

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to lead meetings and drive agenda with both internal team members and external collaborators
