About the Team and Role

Join e Bay's Talent Acquisition team, a high-impact group of professionals across Europe dedicated to attracting top-tier talent that drives business performance and delivers exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences.

As the EMEA Tech Sourcer you will play a pivotal role in building robust, data-driven talent pipelines across the EMEA region, with a strong focus on Dublin.

We are looking for a strategic sourcer who is not only deeply embedded in the EMEA software engineering ecosystem, but also data- and AI-savvy, leveraging insights, analytics, and emerging technologies to elevate sourcing outcomes and productivity.

This is a fixed-term contract (FTC) role

What You Will Accomplish:

• Partner closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to develop highly targeted sourcing strategies for Software Engineering roles.

• Build and present high-caliber, diverse candidate pipelines using data-led market insights and talent mapping.

• Leverage analytics, AI-enabled sourcing tools, and market intelligence to identify trends, optimize outreach strategies, and improve conversion rates.

• Design and implement strategic talent pipeline initiatives, including tech-focused events, community engagement, and referral generation campaigns.

• Act as a brand ambassador for e Bay, delivering a differentiated and high-quality candidate experience.

• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring process excellence and data integrity.

What You Will Bring:

• Proven expertise in owning and driving end-to-end sourcing strategies across EMEA, with a strong specialization in the Irish tech talent market, consistently building high-quality pipelines for software engineering, data, and cloud roles.

• Experienced in generating talent mapping and competitor intelligence initiatives, translating market insights into forward-looking sourcing strategies and informed hiring forecasts.

• Proficiency in building and implement creative multi-channel sourcing strategies to engage both active and passive candidates.

• Experience in partnering closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to calibrate role requirements, advise on Irish market realities and influence hiring strategy with data-driven insights.

• Experience in delivering inclusive sourcing strategies aligned with DE&I goals.

• Ability to track and optimize sourcing performance metrics and continuously refining search strategies based on data and market shifts.
