We're looking for an Account Manager (team leader) to help sellers thrive on e Bay Live. You'll be the trusted partner guiding top sellers after they launch — helping them grow audiences, drive GMV, and become category leaders. This role combines relationship management, strategy, and performance coaching. You'll help sellers improve stream quality, optimize their business operations, and connect their goals to e Bay Live's broader growth vision.
What You Will Accomplish
Reporting to the Country Manager of e Bay Live, this person will drive e Bay Live seller success.
- Own a portfolio of active sellers and drive growth through coaching, data insights, and performance management
- Monitor seller health and activity, including stream frequency, GMV, and engagement metrics
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Category Management, Programming, Marketing, and GCX to deliver a seamless seller experience
- Provide actionable recommendations to improve seller performance — from stream structure and storytelling to audience retention and pricing
- Identify and escalate product or operational issues affecting seller success
- Champion your sellers internally — bringing their feedback into strategy, product, and marketing conversations
- Coach and develop AM team members, fostering accountability, growth, and continuous performance improvement
What You Will Bring
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- 6+ years of experience in account management, e-commerce or partner success
- A relationship builder who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Data-savvy, analytical, and fluent in performance metrics
- Strong communicator who can distill insights into actionable guidance
- Passionate about creators, sellers, and the energy of live commerce
- Experience working on marketplaces, live streaming or social platforms preferred
