特に、川口春奈さんや清原果耶さんのCMでもおなじみの「メガ割」は、Z世代を中心に爆発的な人気を誇ります。

• 本ポジションの役割と目的：

Qoo10のビューティーカテゴリーの更なる成長を担って頂ける優秀な人材を求めております。
Qoo10のコスメアイテムセラー様に対して、主に商品掲載、販売促進まで、幅広い業務に携わる販促企画営業をお任せします。多岐にわたるコスメアイテムを販売するセラーへの広告提案を行い、Qoo10の品揃え拡充とコスメカテゴリーの売り上げ／広告収入の拡大を推進するポジションです。Qoo10への出店新規開拓営業をしていただくこともあります。
コスメの流行やトレンドにアンテナを張りながら、セラー様と販売戦略を練っていく、いわば「ヒット商品の仕掛け人」ともいえるポジションです。1人の営業が1件1件のクライアントセラーに対してプロモーション活動を含む販売促進活動までをワンストップで担当します。

• 職務内容：

• ★★既存セラー様への販売サポート/商品企画/広告提案など★★

• 新規出店セラー様の開拓（ネットショップ/小売企業/卸/メーカー等、営業対象は日本国内のメーカー・店舗）

• 必須経験：

①正社員経験2年以上

②以下いずれかの経験（両方持ち合わせている方だと尚良し）：

A)営業職経験（新規・既存不問、業界不問）

B)化粧品関連業界経験 ※化粧品量販店等での販売職経験者は、店長レベルが望ましい（売り上げ管理等を担当されていた方、但し応相談）

③日本語ネイティブ

④Excel、Word、Outlook、PowerPointの使用経験

• 社内外の対人関係(コミニケーション)を大切に出来る方。

• 目標達成意識が高く、自分の目標に対し責任感/危機感を持って働ける方。

• 目標に対する「効率」「優先順位」「スピード感」を特に意識して働ける方。

• 求められる期待に応えようとする意識が強く、期待を喜び/モチベーションに変え働く原動力とすることが出来る方。
