About the Team

The Global Collections Operations Team is the high-precision engine driving e Bay’s financial recovery ecosystem. Based in Dublin, we manage the end-to-end production lifecycle of negative balance accounts worldwide. We balance rigorous data integrity with automated processes to optimize global recovery while reducing customer friction.

About the Role

As the Manager, Adjacency Integrations & Projects, you lead the effort to bring new business units into the Global Collections ecosystem. Reporting to the Manager of Collections Operations & Transformation, you serve as the primary architect for onboarding, partnering with the Adjacency Off-Platform Business to ensure flawless technical execution and debt recovery.

What You Will Accomplish

• End-to-End Onboarding: Be responsible for the entire lifecycle for new Adjacencies, from deep-diving into partner business models to delivering sound recovery strategies.

• Technical Architecture: Act as the lead for technical configuration, establishing data connectivity, reporting frameworks, and Jira-based requirement tracking within the e Bay finance environment.

• Strategic Alignment: Translate complex business needs into dunning alignments and data mapping rules that ensure seamless portfolio integration.

• Cross-Functional Influence: Partner with global stakeholders to remove roadblocks, manage expectations, and prioritize collections requirements in company-wide projects.

What You Will Bring

• Integration Expertise: 5+ years in Project Management or Financial Ops, with a proven track record of onboarding business lines into centralized frameworks.

• Technical Proficiency: A sharp eye for data integrity (parsing, CSV/XML) and high proficiency in Jira to ensure system logic remains robust.

• Stakeholder Leadership: The ability to influence across functions and handle performance standards without direct authority.

• Operational Agility: A commitment to the Dublin hybrid model (3 days onsite) and the flexibility to adjust working hours as needed to collaborate with our global partners across different time zones.
