Wir suchen einen Product Support Specialist (L24) für das e Bay Live Operations Team in Deutschland.
Diese Rolle ist stark ausführungsorientiert und befindet sich an der Schnittstelle zwischen Live Operations und Produkt. Du unterstützt Verkäuferinnen während Live-Events, triagierst Plattform-Themen und fungierst als zentrale Eskalationsschnittstelle zwischen Sellerinnen, GCX, Trust, Engineering und Produktteams.
Du trägst maßgeblich zur Stabilität der Plattform bei, stellst hochwertige Live-Erlebnisse sicher und identifizierst Produkt-Insights zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Seller Experience im deutschen Markt.
Deine Aufgaben

Echtzeit-Unterstützung von Verkäuferinnen vor und während Live-Streams

Monitoring von Live-Events zur Sicherstellung von Plattformstabilität, Qualität und Compliance-Standards

Triage technischer, policy-bezogener und accountrelevanter Themen mit klarer Priorisierung

Sorgfältige Dokumentation und Nachverfolgung von Cases in HIVE (Salesforce)
-
Enge funktionsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit mit Live Ops, Engineering, GCX, Trust & Compliance sowie Category Teams

Unterstützung bei QA-Validierungen und Reproduktion von Produktproblemen

Mitarbeit an Incident Reviews, Root-Cause-Analysen und kontinuierlichen Prozessverbesserungen

Tracking von SLAs sowie Unterstützung beim Reporting zu Issue-Trends und Lösungszeiten
Das bringst Du mit
-
2–4 Jahre Erfahrung im Product Support, Operations, Customer Support oder im E-Commerce-Umfeld
-
Erfahrung im Umgang mit Ticketing-Systemen, Dashboards oder Live-Streaming-Tools
-
Starke Problemlösungskompetenz und Ruhe in dynamischen, sichtbaren Live-Situationen
-
Strukturierte und klare schriftliche sowie mündliche Kommunikation
-
Hohe Detailgenauigkeit und fundiertes Eskalationsverständnis
-
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (C1/C2 erforderlich)
