As an Ads Seller Engagement Specialist, you will be pivotal in driving the success of e Bay's advertising initiatives. You will collaborate closely with e Bay sellers and business partners to develop and implement effective advertising strategies that enhance visibility and drive conversions. This role requires a dynamic individual with a passion for digital marketing and a keen understanding of cross-border e Commerce advertising.
Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement: Liaise with e Bay sellers and internal business partners to provide comprehensive advertising guidance for cross-border advertising. Develop customized strategies across various advertising solutions, monitor conversion performance and follow-up with sellers to ensure appropriate optimizations are conducted.

Engagement preparations: Plan and analyze data and content to ensure that materials and presentations are fully prepared for seller meetings and align with global Ads initiatives.

Account Management: Deliver informative training and optimization recommendations to key sellers through 1:1 consultancy. Analyze data from top accounts to derive actionable insights, ensuring alignment with seller needs and improving operational strategies. Continuously drive enhancements to help sellers achieve better conversion and advertising results.

Training and Development: Create and deliver advertising content for events, workshops and seller specific trainers to help sellers to maximize their advertising potential.

POC for BU Partners: Collaborate with business partners to become a trusted Ads counterpart. Ensure timely sharing of updated information, collect feedback, and assist in resolving operational issues. Help prioritize requests and manage deliverables and expectations.
Qualifications:
-
3 years+ of relevant experience, with a preference for candidates with export e Commerce and advertising experience.

Familiar with other e Commerce platforms ex. Amazon and advertising platforms ex. Google with insights into effective advertising strategies.

Strong analytical abilities with a sensitivity to data, enabling effective assessment of impacts on business outcomes.

Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skills, facilitating effective teamwork across departments.

Proficiency in Office software, with experience in SQL considered an asset.

Fluent in Mandarin and English, with strong listening, speaking, reading, and writing abilities.
