As a Lead Mobile Engineer, you'll take the helm in crafting best-in-class mobile experiences for millions of players worldwide. You'll define the technical vision, guide development with precision, and foster growth across your team through mentorship and collaboration. Working alongside designers, product managers, and backend engineers, you'll bring intuitive, high-performance iOS applications to life. Your work will push our platform forward, keeping it reliable, scalable, and ahead of the curve in a fast-moving industry.

What you’ll do

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of high-quality iOS applications with a focus on performance, scalability, and maintainability.

• Set and uphold coding standards, architecture patterns, and best practices across the iOS engineering team.

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to align technical solutions with business goals.

• Mentor and coach iOS engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and technical excellence.

• Monitor and optimize app performance, stability, and release processes to ensure smooth, reliable deployments.

• Stay current with iOS platform updates, tools, and emerging trends, introducing innovative solutions that keep our apps ahead of the curve.

• Partner with leadership to shape product roadmaps and contribute to the long-term mobile strategy.

• Leverage modern AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, or other AI assistants) to enhance development workflows, code quality, and productivity.

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or any relevant combination of education, experience and training

• At least 5 years of experience building and shipping iOS applications, with at least 2 years in a leadership or mentorship role.

• Expert-level proficiency in Swift and SwiftUI, with deep knowledge of iOS architecture patterns such as MVVM and VIPER.

• Proven ability to design scalable, modular codebases and lead large feature development from concept to release.

• Strong background in API integration, data persistence, state management, and performance tuning.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and efficient release processes.

• Exceptional collaboration skills, with a track record of influencing technical direction across teams.

• A strategic, user-focused mindset, balancing technical innovation with delivering impactful product experiences.
