It’s transforming how we enhance customer experiences, streamline operations, and unlock new possibilities. Our teams are energized by innovation and readily embrace emerging technology. We’re not waiting for the future to arrive. We’re shaping it, one bold step at a time. To those who see AI as a driver of progress, come build the future together.

The Crown Is Yours

As a Senior Knowledge Management Analyst, you’ll lead how we transform People knowledge into a scalable, AI-powered experience that works as hard as our teams do. You’ll operate at the intersection of knowledge management, analytics, and automation—structuring content so it’s not just accessible, but actionable and intelligent. In this role, you’ll shape how employees find answers, navigate processes, and engage with People services, while helping evolve our systems into a connected, future-ready ecosystem. Your work will directly reduce friction, improve service delivery, and unlock smarter, faster decision-making across the organization.

What you'll do as a Senior Knowledge Management Analyst

  • Own the governance and lifecycle of People knowledge, ensuring content is accurate, structured, and continuously optimized.

  • Design and maintain taxonomy, tagging, and metadata frameworks to enable intelligent search, routing, and AI retrieval.

  • Structure knowledge content for AI ingestion, using clear intent, decision logic, and consistent formatting.

  • Analyze content and search performance to identify gaps, redundancies, and opportunities to improve the employee experience.

  • Monitor AI assistant performance and recommend prompt and knowledge improvements to increase accuracy and adoption.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance search relevance, automation workflows, and knowledge surfacing.

  • Document workflows and decision trees, identifying opportunities to streamline, digitize, and automate People processes.

What you'll bring

  • At least 4 years of experience in Knowledge Management, Human Resources Operations, Service Design, or Business Process Optimization.

  • Experience with knowledge platforms and case management systems such as Service Now Human Resources Service Delivery or similar tools.

  • Strong understanding of taxonomy, metadata, tagging strategies, and search optimization principles.

  • Experience working with AI-powered tools such as chatbots, search platforms, or knowledge retrieval systems.

  • Proven ability to translate analytics and user behavior into actionable improvements and measurable outcomes.

  • Strong written communication skills with a focus on clarity, structure, and usability for both humans and systems.

  • A systems-thinking mindset with the ability to connect content, workflows, and technology while influencing stakeholders and driving change.
