The Crown Is Yours

As a People Compliance Project Manager, you’ll lead global compliance initiatives across the People function, ensuring programs are scalable, audit-ready, and aligned with evolving regulatory requirements. You’ll drive the strategy, execution, and governance of employment compliance programs, including regulatory reporting, audit controls, HR policy governance, workers’ compensation, and immigration processes. Partnering cross-functionally with Legal, Payroll, Employee Relations, IT, Finance, and HR, you’ll reduce risk, strengthen controls, and continuously improve compliance operations across a complex, global environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead annual global compliance efforts in partnership with Legal, Payroll, Employee Relations, IT, Finance, HR, and other cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Drive compliance projects that implement scalable practices and procedures aligned with global laws, regulations, and company standards.

  • Own regulatory reporting, documentation, and HR compliance filings, including EEO-1, Form I-9, BLS, and state- and country-specific reporting — ensuring accuracy, timeliness, audit readiness, and regulatory adherence.

  • Lead HR audit programs and internal controls, tracking remediation efforts and strengthening governance, documentation, and oversight.

  • Oversee HR policy and handbook governance, including policy development, updates, and ongoing alignment with current practices and legal requirements.

  • Build and maintain SOPs, playbooks, and standardized documentation to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across HR compliance.

What you'll bring

  • At least 4 years of progressive experience in HR compliance, immigration, risk management, or a related field.

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in human resource management or a related field.

  • Deep, hands-on experience managing global operational compliance programs and third-party vendors within regulated, high-volume HR environments.

  • Strong knowledge of U.S. federal and state employment laws and regulations, with familiarity across EMEA and APAC jurisdictions.

  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders at multiple levels.

  • Experience working within HRIS platforms (Workday preferred).
