About the Team
Door Dash is looking for a Strategy & Operations Senior Associate to help grow Dash Pass, Door Dash’s subscription business. We are seeking someone to join our team who can generate insights across our international partnerships, conceptualize & test new products, and support existing partnerships . Dash Pass is one of Door Dash’s fastest growing & largest products, meaning you’ll have the opportunity to make a big impact on the company at large.
About the Role
As a Senior Associate on the Dash Pass Partnerships S&O team, you will own the ideation and execution of key international strategic partnerships to drive Dash Pass adoption and long-term growth. The role will focus specifically on optimizing our acquisition funnel, driving strategic growth actions, and developing our go-to-market strategy for new international partnership opportunities.
You will report into the Associate Manager on our Dash Pass Partnerships team.

- Strategize - Develop sound strategic thinking about how to work closely with partners and leverage customer-first thinking. You'll identify emerging trends and successful international partnership strategies, determine when to scale, and know when it is time to pivot. Take inspiration from real-life use cases to reflect our consumers’ needs and wants.
- Experiment - Own and operationalize data-driven experiments across everything from promotional campaigns to net new in-app creative assets, optimizing for what resonates with our consumers.
- Analyze - Assess the operational and financial impacts of your initiatives, using insights to iterate. You’ll be expected to self-serve the data required, empowering you to dive deep into performance metrics and continuously identify new opportunities to enhance the consumer experience.
- Collaborate - Partner with a variety of internal teams across Marketing, Product, Data Science, Engineering, and Finance to execute on plans. Launch in-app merchandising for campaigns backed by media and CRM. Build relationships with external partners to collaborate and optimize the customer experience to reach ambitious business goals
We’re excited about you because…
- You’re a strategic thinker and are comfortable manipulating and analyzing data to make decisions. You have experience with SQL and Microsoft Excel.
- You’re able to manage multiple concurrent projects, stay organized, and prioritize your time effectively.
- You have strong cross-functional skills and have experience with projects spanning multiple teams and can align on mutual goals.
- You have strong communication skills and have collaborated with external partners in the past
- You have experience with international partnerships, or other global growth projects
- You have a strong attention to detail, the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, and the tenacity to solve many disparate problems for multiple stakeholders at once.
- You have 2-3 years experience in operations, technology, consulting, business development, banking, analytics, marketing, high-growth or early-stage startup or related experience.
- You have a Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
We expect this position to be filled by 6/22/26.
Compensation
The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.
In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants. Talk to your recruiter for more information.

- For salaried roles:
flexible paid time off/vacation, plus 80 hours of paid sick time per year.
- For hourly roles:
vacation accrued at about 1 hour for every 25.97 hours worked (e.g. about 6.7 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 3.4 hours/month if working 20 hours/week), and paid sick time accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked (e.g. about 5.8 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 2.9 hours/month if working 20 hours/week).
The national base pay range for this position within the United States, including Illinois and Colorado.
$87,000—$128,000 USD
