• Prepare and bake pizzas according to established recipes, presentation standards, and quality specifications, ensuring consistency and excellence with every product
• Demonstrate proficiency in pizza dough preparation, fermentation techniques, and proper handling to achieve optimal texture and flavor profiles
• Operate and maintain pizza ovens and related kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, troubleshooting any technical issues that arise
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work station, including all food preparation, storage, and sanitation areas, adhering to all food safety regulations
