Position Summary

Domino’s Pizza is seeking reliable, energetic, and customer-focused Delivery Drivers to deliver orders quickly and professionally throughout our service area. When not on delivery, drivers support in-store operations including food preparation, cleaning, and stocking. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy a fast-paced environment and working as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver food orders safely and on time to customer locations

• Provide friendly, courteous service at every delivery interaction

• Navigate efficiently using GPS or basic road maps

• Assist with food preparation, order assembly, and kitchen tasks

• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain a safe and sanitary environment

• Stock ingredients, supplies, and packaging as needed

• Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of delivery vehicles before and after shifts

• Follow all traffic laws and company safety policies

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Pay: $17.13 – $18.50 per hour

• Tips:

Opportunity to earn additional income through customer tips, increasing overall earnings

• Health Insurance:

Premera Blue Cross offered with 50%–75% of premium covered after 90 days of employment for team members averaging130+ hours per month

• Paid Sick Leave:

Accrue at least 1 hour for every 40 hours worked, starting on day one, in accordance with Washington State law

Scheduling Expectations

• Strong availability for evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays is required (peak business hours and highest tip potential)

• Flexible weekly scheduling provided whenever possible

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Ability to navigate unfamiliar areas using GPS or maps

• Valid driver’s license (essential job function)

• Safe driving record will be checked

• Must Be 18 or over
