About the role
Domino's Pizza in Arnold, United States is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, leading our staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve store goals and maintain high standards of product quality and customer satisfaction

Assist in managing inventory, controlling costs, and optimizing store performance

Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently

Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement strategies for improving sales and operational efficiency

Train and mentor new team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment

Oversee cash management and daily financial reporting

Assist in scheduling and staffing to meet business needs

Maintain a clean and organized store environment

Participate in hands-on food preparation and delivery operations as needed

Valid driver's license with 2 years of driving experience

Clean driving record and ability to pass a criminal background check

Reliable vehicle with proof of auto insurance

Strong leadership skills and a desire to guide and develop team members

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proven ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Basic math and computer skills for inventory management and reporting

Problem-solving abilities and sound judgment in handling various situations

Food safety knowledge (preferred)

Previous experience in food service, retail, or customer service (preferred)

High school diploma or equivalent
