• Prepare and shape pizza dough with precision, ensuring consistency in quality and portion sizes
• Operate and maintain all kitchen equipment, including high-temperature ovens (up to 500+ degrees), pizza peels, and cutting tools with expertise and safety awareness
• Assemble pizzas according to recipes and customer specifications, paying meticulous attention to ingredient placement and presentation
• Monitor oven temperatures and cooking times to ensure pizzas are cooked to perfection
• Stock and organize ingredients from delivery areas to storage, work areas, and walk-in coolers, maintaining organized and efficient workspace
