Assist in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow

Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer inquiries or concerns

Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards

Participate in staff training and development initiatives

Assist in scheduling and managing staff to meet business needs

Contribute to creating a positive work environment and team culture

Collaborate with the General Manager on strategic planning and goal-setting

Handle cash management and financial reporting responsibilities

Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills

Customer service orientation with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences

Proficiency in basic computer skills and point-of-sale systems

Valid driver's license with 2 years of experience if under {AGE}, or 1 year if {AGE} or older

Clean driving record and ability to pass a criminal background check

Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance

Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Familiarity with the St. Louis area and local customer preferences is a plus

High school diploma or equivalent; some college education is preferred

Previous experience in the food service or retail industry is advantageous
