We are seeking a dynamic and organized Assistant Manager to join our team at 135 N Madison Rd, Orange, Va 22960
As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the store manager in daily operations, team leadership, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Assist the store manager in overseeing daily operations and achieving sales targets

Lead, motivate, and train team members to maintain high performance standards

Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly

Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and organizing stock

Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards

Assist in creating schedules
