About the role

Domino's Pizza is seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Assistant Manager to join our team at our location in St Peters, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a crucial role in leading our store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving team performance.

  • Lead and motivate a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment

  • Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures

  • Ensure high standards of food quality, safety, and sanitation are maintained

  • Manage inventory, control costs, and optimize store profitability

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and professionally

  • Assist in training and developing team members

  • Implement and maintain company policies and procedures

  • Collaborate with the store manager to achieve sales targets and improve store performance

  • Manage scheduling and staffing to meet business needs

  • Contribute to marketing and promotional efforts to drive sales

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Valid driver's license with 2 years of driving experience if {AGE} or 1 year if {AGE} or older

  • Clean driving record and ability to pass a criminal background check

  • Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance

  • Strong leadership skills and desire to guide and develop team members

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills

  • Basic computer proficiency

  • Customer service experience, preferably in food service or retail

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

  • Food service or retail management experience is a plus
