About the role
Domino's Pizza is seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Assistant Manager to join our team at our location in St Peters, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a crucial role in leading our store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving team performance.

Lead and motivate a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment

Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures

Ensure high standards of food quality, safety, and sanitation are maintained

Manage inventory, control costs, and optimize store profitability

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and professionally

Assist in training and developing team members

Implement and maintain company policies and procedures

Collaborate with the store manager to achieve sales targets and improve store performance

Manage scheduling and staffing to meet business needs

Contribute to marketing and promotional efforts to drive sales

High school diploma or equivalent
-
Valid driver's license with 2 years of driving experience if {AGE} or 1 year if {AGE} or older

Clean driving record and ability to pass a criminal background check

Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance

Strong leadership skills and desire to guide and develop team members

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills

Basic computer proficiency

Customer service experience, preferably in food service or retail

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Food service or retail management experience is a plus
