About the role
We are seeking experienced individuals to join our team as Workday Shared Services Specialists. In this role, you will ensure the Workday platform supports efficient, compliant, and strategic HR operations across the organization. This is a great opportunity for individuals interested in HR systems, training, and technology enablement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to and resolve escalated Cases.
- Providing day-to-day troubleshooting and support to HR and business users.
- Demonstrate strong communication, problem-solving, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Ensure accurate, compliant, and auditable HR data; manage data collection, analysis and reporting.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience with Workday.
- Experience with Case Management or a similar tool is essential.
- Experience in high-volume environments required; background in retail and/or hospitality preferred
- Detail-oriented and dependable, with a positive and helpful attitude.
- Must be able to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
- Proficient in computer skills with experience using Microsoft Office.
- Training or customer support experience is a plus.
