Family Dollar, one of the nation’s most recognized and value-driven retailers, is searching for a Manager of Talent Acquisition Operations to optimize, scale, and energize our recruiting and onboarding processes. What You’ll Do
As the Manager of Talent Acquisition Operations:
, you will:-Lead and manage** the day-to-day operations of talent acquisition systems and processes, with a focus on** Workday Recruiting and onboarding workflows.

Be the go-to expert for Workday—configuring workflows, optimizing integrations, managing audits, and creating training documentation to keep TA running smoothly.

Partner closely with Recruiters, HR Business Partners, IT, and Compliance to ensure every hire enjoys a seamless, compliant, and efficient hiring process.

Analyze TA metrics and dashboards to drive process improvements, optimize conversion funnels, and eliminate friction points across the hiring lifecycle.

Lead TA Operations projects such as new system implementations, process automation, onboarding enhancements, vendor integrations, and recruiter enablement tools.

Drive change and process discipline while maintaining a customer-first mindset — ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders.

Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), ensuring consistent execution and compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
-
Minimum of 5-7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition Operations specifically, with a strong track record of implementing and supporting Workday Recruiting (required), including certification.

Workday Recruiting Administrator experience (required)- deep understating of Workday configuration, building conditional rules, calculated fields, questionnaire maintenance, EIB build and execution and supporting integrations.

Phenom CRM Administrator experience is strongly preferred.

Experience in high-volume or distributed retail environments (strongly preferred).

Expertise designing onboarding processes, systems, and compliance.

A passion for continuous improvement, data-driven decision-making, and operational excellence.

Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

A collaborative spirit and a talent for building relationships across TA, HR, IT, Legal, and business teams.
