About Your Role:

As a Tenant Coordinator at Dollar Tree’s corporate office, you’ll support the Real Estate team in executing successful new store openings by coordinating across departments, managing key documentation, and ensuring project timelines stay on track. Your ability to multitask and communicate effectively will help drive efficient and timely store launches.

Your day-to-day job duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

New Store Opening Coordination:

  • Support 5–6 Real Estate Managers, as well as Directors and VPs, throughout the new store opening process
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with internal departments to ensure alignment and smooth execution of store openings
  • Track key milestones and deadlines to ensure stores open on time or ahead of schedule
  • Attend weekly progress meetings and provide updates on project status

Documentation & Systems Management:

  • Draft Letters of Intent (LOIs) and assist with related real estate documentation and correspondence
  • Utilize Geocortex and other real estate tools for site analysis and data management
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is properly tracked and updated

Team Collaboration & Support:

  • Work closely with a team of Tenant Coordinators, providing back-up support as needed
  • Communicate effectively across various levels of the organization, both verbally and in writing
  • Assist with special real estate projects and initiatives as assigned

Your Required Skills and Experience:

  • 3+ years of related professional experience
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Comfortable presenting and communicating in group settings
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and timelines

Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience in real estate, retail development, or construction environments
  • Familiarity with real estate systems or GIS tools (e.g., Geocortex)
