Job Duties and Responsibilities Customer Service Representative: $16.50/hr + $0.50 language differential with opportunity to increase pay to $18.15/hr within 60 - 90 days. No experience required. Entry-level candidates welcome - we provide full-time paid training!
Hybrid Work Schedule:
- First 60 Days: You’ll work exclusively from our El Paso location.
- After 60 Days: The position becomes hybrid, requiring you to report to the El Paso location 3-4 days a week and work remotely 1-2 days a week.
- Please note, the ability to work on a hybrid schedule may change based on business needs and performance. You must be able to report to the El Paso location as required.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- You will be the voice of the company to our customers, focused on preventing future problems and promoting our services
- Maintain strong knowledge of our wireless products, accessories and pricing plans
- Accurately respond to customers’ questions regarding billing, devices, product features, troubleshooting, and hardware operation through one-call resolution
- Identify opportunities and provide feedback by assessing call trends and/or diagnostic improvements to provide a higher level of customer service, performance and efficiency
- Transform into the best customer support advocate in the business, engaging with a diverse consumer base to provide solutions for customer needs and technical issues

Effectively engage with customers, address their needs, and provide assistance in a manner that ensures a positive experience and builds lasting relationships

Consistently meet expectations, maintain reliability, and follow through on commitments to both customers and team members

Maintain a positive attitude, adapt to changing circumstances, and recover quickly from challenging or stressful situations

Identify, analyze, and resolve customer issues or inquiries effectively and efficiently
- Continuous Development:
The ongoing process of enhancing skills, knowledge, and capabilities to improve performance and adapt to customer needs and industry trends
- Multitasking:
Efficiently handle multiple tasks, inquiries, or issues simultaneously without compromising the quality of service
- Requirements:
Must be able to speak fluently with customers in Spanish and English, High school diploma or GED; ability to work full-time on-site; flexible to work shifts that might include evenings, weekends, or holidays; smartphone or device with active network connection; pre-employment screen
- $2/hr additional per hour worked after 6 pm
- $2/hr additional per hour worked on weekends
- These differentials compound, meaning if you work both after 6 PM and on the weekend, you'll earn an additional**$4/hr** for those shifts!

Considering Dish Network for Elderly Family
My grandparents are in their 90s and the local cable company is *finally* kicking them off of basic cable, only offering the option of live tv via their app that appears to be a rebranded Fubo package of some sort. This isn't going to work for them; they're 90 and want to literally be able to power the TV on, hit channel up/channel down or directly type in the desired channel number and that's it.
