Job Duties and Responsibilities
This role transitions our recruitment function from a reactive service to a high-level strategic advisory model. You will solve the challenge of talent scarcity by leveraging AI-driven market intelligence to influence hiring strategies before requisitions are even posted. By acting as a consultant to executive leadership, this position ensures that our corporate departments are staffed with high-density talent through proactive hunting and sophisticated market architecture.
What Success Looks Like (Objectives)

Act as a primary advisor to the business by utilizing AI-driven market architecture, compensation benchmarking, and talent density analysis to influence hiring decisions

Conduct intensive Strategy Sessions for complex or aging requisitions to recalibrate sourcing strategies and unblock the hiring process
-
Deliver high-quality alignment with manager needs by maintaining a 2:1 submission-to-interview ratio across the full recruitment lifecycle
-
Meet or exceed delivery targets of 16–18 hires per quarter while aggressively reducing overall Time to Fill through disciplined execution
-
Drive 20% of total hires through outbound sourcing, specifically targeting high-value, non-applicant talent to ensure a proactive pipeline
-
Integrate AI-enabled sourcing tools and data interpretation into daily workflows to achieve a "Time in Process" of 30 days or less from first interview to offer
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Core Skills and Competencies (What you’ll bring)

Sophisticated executive presence and the ability to influence or negotiate with stakeholders up to the EVP level by challenging assumptions with logic and evidence

Technical mastery of iCIMS or similar enterprise ATS platforms, combined with a deep understanding of AI-enabled sourcing technologies

Critical experience in fast-paced enterprise environments, with a proven background in high-urgency outbound sourcing or agency recruiting models
-
Advanced analytical capabilities to evaluate complex market data and develop creative solutions for difficult hiring hurdles
-
Proficiency in AI literacy and application to streamline talent discovery, market mapping, and predictive hiring analytics
-
Demonstrated change leadership and a proactive approach to organizational transformation that expedites new talent acquisition processes
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum Experience:
Proven track record in Technical or Corporate Recruiting within a large enterprise company
- Required Technical Skills:
Experience with:

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $85,000.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
