Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Test Data Management experience:

Create,Support And Executes the Test Data Management services at an organization level.
Define test data strategy at an organization level.
Formulate the right TDM solution and tooling strategy.
Perform Data identification across multiple data sources, extraction, and loading into the test environments based on the scenario provided.
Coordinate with the Application Team, Testing, Infrastructure and tool vendors to resolve issues.
Define and advise internal and external standards, methods and procedures for Test Data Management.
Ability to establish, report, and manage various metrics to effectively manage team
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Engineering degree with 2 + years of experience in Software Testing in an agile environment.
Experienced Test Data Management Work Stream Lead to provide overall direction and leadership for the Test Data Management work stream, in addition to hands-on test data management.
Experience in Test Data Manager tool (Broadcom)
Experience in test data management tools assessment and
implementation
Experience working with project teams to identify test data requirements based on a test data management process
Experience provisioning data for multiple teams in multiple environments using automated tools

Skills, Experience and Requirements

• Minimum of 2- 5 years of experience with Automation testing UI application
• Strong analytical (ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions), organizational and communication skills.
• Strong desire to succeed and contribute individually and as a member of a team
• Hands on knowledge of SQL or other database query tools required
• Proven expertise in automation tools – Selenium using Java and ReadyAPI using Groovy scripting.
• Extensive experience in automating functional, regression and other repeatable tests
• Exposure to test management tools such as ALM, Rally, Jira
• Exposure to CI/CD pipeline engineering and maintenance using tools like: GitLab CI, Jenkins, Maven etc.
