- Act as a bridge between the CEO and the senior leadership team (SVP+); attend high-level meetings in the CEO’s stead, providing synthesis, identifying risks, and ensuring follow-through on key decisions
- Partner with the CFO and Finance teams to review capital allocation strategies, investment memos, and quarterly performance data; distill complex financial reports into executive summaries for the CEO and Board
- Lead the preparation for Board of Directors meetings; own the narrative and data visualization for Board decks, ensuring all materials are precise, high-conformance, and strategically aligned
- Craft executive-level communications, including internal memos, keynote speeches, and shareholder updates; ensure the CEO's vision is clearly articulated and consistent across all departments
- Identify "bottlenecks" within the executive workflow. Implement systems (AI, automation, or process shifts) to increase the CEO’s "Return on Time" and streamline decision-making
