Job Duties and Responsibilities Candidates must be willing to participate in at least one in-person interview, which may include a live whiteboarding or technical assessment session.

This role addresses the complex challenge of understanding and optimizing the customer lifecycle through rigorous data-driven analysis and insights. The successful candidate tackles key business problems surrounding customer retention, lifetime value, and engagement by building robust analytics frameworks and predictive models. Working at the intersection of business strategy and technical execution, this position translates massive datasets into actionable recommendations that directly influence retention strategies. By bridging the gap between raw data and business stakeholders, this role drives the long-term scalability of reporting systems and supports collaborative AI initiatives across the enterprise.

What Success Looks Like (Objectives)

  • Lead end-to-end analytical projects, translating complex business problems into actionable customer lifecycle strategies and data-driven recommendations
  • Design, develop, and maintain robust reporting suites and interactive dashboards that provide clear visibility into customer lifetime value, engagement, and churn metrics
  • Conduct advanced statistical analysis to identify key business drivers of customer retention and establish measurable key performance indicators (KPIs) that align with department OKRs
  • Collaborate with Data Science teams to prepare high-quality datasets, engineer features, and translate AI model outputs into intuitive business recommendations
  • Leverage generative AI and analytics automation tools to streamline reporting workflows, write efficient SQL queries, and accelerate data exploration
  • Mentor junior analysts by providing technical guidance, conducting peer code reviews, and documenting analytical processes to ensure long-term scalability

Skills, Experience and Requirements Core Skills and Competencies (What you'll bring)

  • Advanced proficiency in querying complex datasets using SQL alongside statistical analysis capabilities in Python or R
  • Hands-on experience performing data engineering, transformation, and dimensional data modeling within Snowflake or Databricks environments
  • Extensive expertise in data visualization, specifically in designing high-impact interactive dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms
  • Strong analytical thinking and statistical reasoning to interpret complex datasets and translate them into actionable business insights
  • Exceptional communication and data storytelling abilities to convey complex analytical findings clearly to non-technical business partners and executive leadership
  • Practical AI literacy and application skills, demonstrating the ability to leverage AI-assisted development tools to optimize data pipelines and analytical workflows

Additional Qualifications

  • Prior domain experience in customer lifecycle analytics, customer experience (CX), finance, or marketing analytics
  • Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Business Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, or Mathematics

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field (such as Business Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field)
  • Minimum Experience: 4 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related analytical field

Required Technical Skills:

  • Writing advanced SQL queries for data extraction and manipulation
  • Building interactive dashboards in Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization tools
  • Data engineering or data analysis on Snowflake or Databricks platforms
  • Data analysis or statistical modeling using Python or R

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $90,000.00/Year - $118,800.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
