  • Lead the change management function by designing innovative training programs and gamification strategies that incentivize high-quality participation.

  • Establish and run a Governance Center of Excellence that promotes knowledge sharing and cultivates a governance-led, AI-driven organizational culture.

  • Monitor the health and workload of embedded Data Experts, proactively preventing governance fatigue and ensuring every team member feels supported.

  • Ensure absolute transparency in governance progress, celebrating wins and treating gaps as opportunities for growth rather than failures.

  • Proven ability to design and launch internal certification programs or gamified learning paths that motivate technical teams toward continuous improvement.

  • Mastery of organizational change management frameworks, moving teams from compliance resistance to active governance advocacy.

  • Exceptional emotional intelligence with the ability to monitor team health and identify signs of burnout before they impact project velocity.

  • Skill in translating complex AI concepts into accessible training and communication for non-technical stakeholders across the organization.

  • Success in fostering a Center of Excellence environment where isolated workers are transformed into a thriving, collaborative community.

Additional Qualifications
