OVERVIEW:Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop, refine, and assemble Executive Real Estate Committee (REC) Meeting and Trip packages, including all graphic exhibits and supporting documentation. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment across contributions from Real Estate Directors, Development, Market Research, Legal, Construction, and Store Design & Planning. Materials are prepared for distribution to senior and executive leadership.

  • Lead the development of all illustrative lease exhibits required for sites approved by the Real Estate Committee. Ensure exhibits meet standards necessary for lease execution. This role will be responsible for working in Adobe Creative Suite and Auto Cad in order to produce the materials.

  • Own the renewal and remodel documentation process, acting as the central point of coordination between Real Estate Directors and Legal. Manage end‑to‑end project lifecycle activities, including scope definition and Tenant Allowance tracking, and enable strategic renewal decisions through analysis of remodel needs and Tenant Allowance recommendations.

  • Maintain documentation and reporting for Real Estate approvals and executive decisions. Produce year-end summaries for goal tracking and rent‑savings outcomes. Create or update reports and materials requested by senior leadership to support timely decision‑making.

  • Oversee portfolio review content and external visit materials, ensuring all cross‑departmental inputs are complete, accurate, and aligned.

  • Collaborate across departments to provide site-specific information for evaluation. This includes supplying Loss Prevention with data to assess security, informing Store Planning about building constraints for retrofits or requirements providing Construction details impacting budgets, sharing budgets with Market Research for proforma and sales forecasts, and coordinating with external vendors for field applications.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Business, Construction, Development, Engineering

  • 3-5 years experience in Management of High-Level Documents, Graphic Design, Executive Level Output, Construction, Architecture, Engineering, Land Development, Land Use Planning

  • Microsoft Office Suite

  • Adobe Creative Suite

  • Esri

  • AutoCAD

  • Procore

  • Oracle Primavera

  • Detail Oriented

  • Organized

  • Responds well to tight timeframes

Correspond with higher level teammates

  • Ability to pivot to other priorities at any moment

  • Works Collaboratively
