OVERVIEW:

This role assumes full ownership of the enterprise-wide Corporate Card Program, including strategic administration, policy governance, and operational oversight. Responsibilities encompass end-to-end management of corporate card spend, reconciliation processes, and compliance auditing, with a focus on optimizing financial controls and traveler experience.The Specialist will lead cross-functional partnerships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure seamless execution of travel and expense programs, including corporate fleet support and digital tool maintenance. This includes driving enhancements to online platforms and ensuring alignment with evolving business needs.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Corporate Card Program Leadership:

• Lead the full lifecycle of corporate card management for ~2,500 active cards, including weekly account reconciliation, spend monitoring, and resolution of open balances.

• Ensure timely submission of My Wallet expenses and direct settlement of personal transactions with the issuing bank.

• Serve as the primary liaison with the bank to resolve escalated issues, implement program enhancements, and maintain alignment with enterprise financial policies.

• Define and enforce cardholder eligibility, spend limits, exception handling, and override protocols.

• Design and deploy new card strategies and process improvements to support scalability and compliance.

Travel Program Administration:

• Own the enterprise travel booking ecosystem, including teammate profile management, travel agency platform oversight, and support for online portals and mobile applications.

• Manage the shared travel inbox and provide responsive, high-quality support to teammates across all levels of the organization.

• Act as the technical liaison with IT partners to resolve system issues and drive platform optimization.

Compliance, Reporting & Education

• Deliver monthly SVP reporting that highlights spend trends through YOY comparisons, category breakdowns, teammate-level analysis, and budget variance to uncover actionable cost-saving opportunities.

• Champion compliance and policy adherence through proactive education, stakeholder engagement, and change management.

• Collaborate with Procurement, and business stakeholders to align spend behaviors with strategic sourcing goals.

Corporate Fleet Program:

• Lead operational management of ~160 vehicles and drivers, including oversight of mileage tracking, tolling, fuel cards, and motor vehicle records (MVRs).

• Serve as the central point of contact between drivers and fleet providers for inspections, registrations, and issue resolution.

• Play a critical role in shaping the future of the fleet program, including vehicle selection, program design, and sustainability initiatives.

• Partner with external providers to evolve the fleet into a best-in-class model that supports enterprise mobility and environmental goals.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree, required

• 3-5 years of experience
