OVERVIEW:
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Business Initiative Support:
-
Partner with the Marketing team to drive profitable growth; support the loyalty program in increasing penetration and collaborate with the credit program to strengthen credit sales and customer engagement
-
Develop comprehensive pro forma analyses to evaluate credit and loyalty program initiatives and inform decision‑making
-
Measure campaign and initiative performance with cross‑functional teams
-
Analyze initiative financial risks and opportunities and provide recommendations to leaders
Forecasting and Budgeting:
-
Develop a comprehensive budget for Credit and Loyalty, develop key assumptions in partnership with stakeholders, and capture upcoming initiatives.
-
Maintain the Credit and Loyalty forecast, with a strong understanding of key metrics and drivers of variances versus budget and prior year
-
Clearly communicate forecast insights and implications to business partners and leadership.
-
Develop deep expertise in financial drivers and underlying details of program results
-
Analyze forecast accuracy and proactively implement improvements.
Reporting and Business Insights:
-
In partnership with the Analytics team, deliver monthly scorecards and statistics for key stakeholders, including senior leadership
-
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual meetings with program teams and, when needed, senior leaders.

Analyze program performance to identify trends and profitability opportunities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
-
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related business field
-
7 - 10 years with 3 – 5 years of experience in areas such as Financial Planning, Corporate Finance, or Investor Relations
-
Experience in retail, consumer products, apparel, or other customer-focused industries a plus
-
Self-starter who can excel in a fast-paced and fluid environment
-
Role may require mentorship and/or direct supervision of Financial Analysts or Rotational Program Associates
-
Requires focus amid rapidly shifting priorities, attention to detail, independent problem solving and adherence to tight deadlines when required
