OVERVIEW:

Job Duties & Responsibilities

Business Initiative Support:

  • Partner with the Marketing team to drive profitable growth; support the loyalty program in increasing penetration and collaborate with the credit program to strengthen credit sales and customer engagement

  • Develop comprehensive pro forma analyses to evaluate credit and loyalty program initiatives and inform decision‑making

  • Measure campaign and initiative performance with cross‑functional teams

  • Analyze initiative financial risks and opportunities and provide recommendations to leaders

Forecasting and Budgeting:

  • Develop a comprehensive budget for Credit and Loyalty, develop key assumptions in partnership with stakeholders, and capture upcoming initiatives.

  • Maintain the Credit and Loyalty forecast, with a strong understanding of key metrics and drivers of variances versus budget and prior year

  • Clearly communicate forecast insights and implications to business partners and leadership.

  • Develop deep expertise in financial drivers and underlying details of program results

  • Analyze forecast accuracy and proactively implement improvements.

Reporting and Business Insights:

  • In partnership with the Analytics team, deliver monthly scorecards and statistics for key stakeholders, including senior leadership

  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual meetings with program teams and, when needed, senior leaders.

  • Analyze program performance to identify trends and profitability opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related business field

  • 7 - 10 years with 3 – 5 years of experience in areas such as Financial Planning, Corporate Finance, or Investor Relations

  • Experience in retail, consumer products, apparel, or other customer-focused industries a plus

  • Self-starter who can excel in a fast-paced and fluid environment

  • Role may require mentorship and/or direct supervision of Financial Analysts or Rotational Program Associates

  • Requires focus amid rapidly shifting priorities, attention to detail, independent problem solving and adherence to tight deadlines when required
