Commercial Finance Manager:
Join Diageo México's Commercial Finance team to turn data into significant action across Modern Trade (supermarkets, convenience, cash & carry), Wholesalers, Distributors/E-commerce, and On-Trade. You'll partner with Sales, RGM, Customer Marketing, Demand Planning, and Supply to drive profitable growth with sharp analysis, crisp storytelling, and strong influence.

What you'll do• Own customer/channel P&Ls end-to-end (NSV to Gross Profit and Trade Investment) and the driver tree (price, mix, volume, TI).

Translate complex data into simple, compelling narratives that land decisions with senior key partners.

Optimize Trade Investment (promo & fixed), trade terms, and price-pack-promo strategies; quantify return on investment and identify efficiency opportunities.

Lead monthly performance reviews and build scenario models for pricing, mix, promotions, and route-to-consumer choices.

Elevate S&OP with clear risks/opportunities; improve forecast accuracy using sell-out, stock-in-trade, and depletions signals.

Strengthen distributor and key customer economics; develop actionable scorecards and execution trackers.

Support cash/working-capital outcomes during peak seasons and hard closes.

What you bring• 5-8+ years in Commercial Finance/FP&A/RGM within CPG (beverages strongly preferred).

Confirmed ability to influence without authority and challenge constructively with Sales Directors and cross-functional leaders.

Executive-ready communication: concise storytelling, impactful decks, and data-driven recommendations.

Advanced Excel and Power BI; SQL or similar a plus.

Strong grasp of channel/customer P&L mechanics, TI governance, and S&OP.

Bachelor's in Finance/Economics/Engineering; MBA a plus.

Spanish and English proficiency (written, verbal, presentation)
