About the Function-

Our Finance team deliver sustainable growth for our business, customers, and much-loved brands. We’re part of a $12.2 billion gross profit organisation, responsible for driving an exceptional level of performance and creating the potential for future growth.

Whether we’re utilising our digital capabilities and analytics to inform our business strategy or creating capacity to invest in the future — no two days are the same in our Finance team. Key Responsibilities:

(1) Liquidity and Cash Management

• Daily cash flow planning for USL and its subsidiaries

• Liaising with Global Treasury Teams on local cash flow and portfolio return forecasts

• Participating in dividend planning

(2) Portfolio and Risk Management:

• Portfolio management of cash surplus for USL and its subsidiaries in line with investment policy

• Undertaking periodic review and revision to the investment policy

• Handling USL's annual credit rating exercise

(3) Statutory & RBI Compliances: EDPMS/IDPMS Monitoring and DI filings

(4) Others:

• Managing USL's banking and fund house relationships

• Supporting monthly book closure of USL and its subsidiaries w.r.t Treasury function

• Preparation of performance and adhoc decks to Senior management

Skills and Education:

• CA/MBA Finance preferred with atleast 2 years of experience

• Proficient with SAP

• Works well with excel and had an eye for detail

• Good communication skills
